We operate as a BYO alcohol and beverage service.
Our friendly and talented bar staff ensure that your guests are happy and hydrated at all times! We provide an eye catching decor that will set the ambiance and bring incredible photo opportunities for you and your guests! Alternatively, you can decorate around the bar to your own styling.​

Each Standard package includes the following…
Assistance with purchase of beverages

Collection of beverages
We collect your pre purchased alcohol from preferred vendor and stock The High Horse to ensure your drinks are chilled and ready to serve. If the guests exceed 80, a cold room is required or package time is longer than 7 hours this may incur an additional cost.
Set up & Pack down
We arrive at least 1 hour before your event so we have ample time to set up and be ready to serve at the allocated booking time. When the service time is completed we then pack down our bar ! If in the case we still have plenty of beverages on board we are happy to load them into our large eskies at the end of the evening and leave them behind. This will alleviate any hassle for yourself and guests and for the party to continue after we are gone!

Inclusions of decor
2 large rugs, Wine barrel with 3-meter umbrella, a beautifully decorated water table along with string festoon lights and dried florals.
Ice and garnishes
We provide and take care of all the ice and garnishes needed for the occasion.
If the guest list exceeds 80 or package is longer than 7 hours this may incur additional costing.

This BYO retro scooter bar boasts 4 taps and keeps 140 LTRS of beverages ice cold Serving: Beer, wine, cider and even cocktails
No prior keg or taps knowledge required! We assist in every step of the process from choosing beverages to collecting and filling our kegs and arriving ready to go for your event.
• Includes high quality clear polycarbonate re-usable drink ware for up to 60 guests
• Crystal Glassware is available for smaller groups
• Drop off and collection of scooter bar within 20 kms of Mackay (further would require additional costing)
